Seattle Medical Weight Loss Medication

Welcome to Owens Mental Health, a mental health services provider offering in-person and telehealth sessions for patients in Seattle and throughout Washington State. Our medical weight loss service can help you achieve lasting, sustainable weight loss that can help you live a happier, healthier life.

What Is Medical Weight Loss?

Medical weight loss has changed how people lose weight and keep it off. Unlike invasive procedures (bariatric surgery) or body contouring options (liposuction), medical weight loss combines ongoing support from a healthcare professional with diet and exercise to help you create a personalized weight loss program that helps you achieve long-term results.

Not everyone responds to weight loss medications the same way, so you may need to try a few out before finding the weight loss prescription and dosage that works for you. Currently, we offer:

  • Compounded Trizepatide, based on the same medication used in Zepbound and Monjaro
  • Compounded Semaglutide, based on the same medication used in Ozempic

We can usually schedule a free, 15-minute consultation within one week and an intake within two weeks. Check our online scheduling system for availability.

Sustainable weight loss happens over time to ensure you remain healthy throughout your weight loss journey and beyond. Everyone responds differently to weight loss medications, so we’ll monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as necessary.

Sticking to a reduced-calorie diet and exercising will help you reach your goal weight faster than simply relying on medications. Walking at least 30 minutes a day is a great way to get started.

We work with Empower Pharmacy to help you access affordable medical weight loss prescriptions. You’ll pay the pharmacy directly, and they’ll ship the medication to you.
