The rate for an intake (60 minutes) is $300, a 20-30 minute follow up is $150 and a 15 minute follow up in $100. I can provide you with a special bill that you can use to get reimbursed by your insurance company if I am out of network with your insurance plan.

This depends on what type of medication you are prescribed. For example, if you are prescribed a stimulant medication like Adderall, it works immediately. If you are prescribed an antidepressant like Prozac, it can take up to eight weeks to start working.

Are you able to send records to my primary care provider and/or therapist?

Yes, I am happy to do this. I will have you fill out a release of information form and return it to me. This gives me permission to release your records.

Yes, in order to keep you safe from harm.
